We offer free shipping for US orders over $25. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs always ship via the United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
Orders with free ground shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Processing time for pre-order items may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping costs are calculated based on location. Orders over $25 qualify for free US Ground shipping. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs ship via the United States Postal Service. However. in rare instances where the United States Postal Service is unable to identify your address, your order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
FREE PREPAID RETURNS
We happily accept most unused merchandise in their original packaging within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. EXCEPTIONS: wet products, such as shampoos and conditioners, nail polish and facial sheet masks are FINAL SALE ONLY.

A prepaid return label will be sent to the original email address that was provided at the time of your purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays.
